Our marriage was emotionally dead… we’re alive again.

“By the end,” Jamar said, “they were holding hands on the couch during our session.”

“Another couple came to me saying, ‘We never fight… but we never talk either.’ That’s not peace. That’s quiet tension.”

“It wasn’t therapy. It was a reset,” Jamar says. “They learned how to see each other again.”

We weren’t broken. We were just exhausted.
“I remember one husband said, ‘I’m so tired of trying.’ And his wife broke down crying. She said, ‘I didn’t know he was still trying.”
What they needed wasn’t a breakthrough, they needed a process. A rhythm. A guide.
“They didn’t need to ‘fix’ each other,” Jamar reflects. “They needed to understand each other’s capacity and rebuild from there.”
Today, they’ve found a pace of connection that works for them, and they’re thriving.
