Jamar’s path to marriage coaching started in a place few would expect: the world of entrepreneurship and engineering. After years of solving external problems, he found himself increasingly called to help solve internal ones, starting with his own marriage.

He and his wife were committed, but like many high-performing couples, they found themselves stuck in patterns that no longer worked. “We had the foundation,” he says, “but we didn’t have the tools.” Jamar became obsessed with finding those tools, not just for himself, but for others like him: men who wanted to lead well and women who wanted to be seen, heard, and loved more deeply.

What began as a personal quest turned into a calling. Jamar dove into mentorship, biblical study, and hundreds of hours of coaching practice. What he discovered was simple but profound: couples weren’t broken, they were just untrained.

Today, Jamar brings both heart and structure to his clients. He blends spiritual insight with practical systems. He doesn’t shy away from hard conversations but always approaches them with grace and honor.
